ABOUT
M. Elyse Diamond is a Professor of Graphic Design at the College of Southern Nevada where she teaches both in-person and online classes in the Department of Media Technologies. She is a design educator who specializes in both graphic design and illustration. She also writes, consults, and presents on topics related to digital media, cognition and the effective uses of representations in teaching, learning, and design.
Elyse earned a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Technology; Interaction and Media Sciences from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, an M.Ed. in Education with an emphasis in Art Education from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and a B.F.A. in Art and Design with an emphasis in Studio Art from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, New York.
